Zoho has a CRM, documents, spreadsheets, projects, a help desk, HR, analytics — dozens of applications that talk to each other. If you run your whole company inside that suite, leaving it for us means leaving all of it.
We do two things: mailboxes and invoicing. That is the entire product and the entire roadmap. A suite claiming everything does none of it well, which is precisely why we are not building one.
Zoho has been doing this since 1996 and has support in every timezone. We are new. If you need a vendor with twenty years of audit history and a phone number in your country, that is a real reason to stay, and we would rather say it than have you find out.
What we can offer instead: your data leaves whenever you want, in open formats, and nothing is deleted if you stop paying.

An accountant billing for five companies needs five seats and no mailboxes; a warehouse needs ten addresses and one person doing the invoicing. Bundled pricing charges both the same. | The arithmetic is checked | VAT computed from the taxable base, as BR-CO-17 requires, with the leftover cent declared as payment rounding in BT-114. Paste your current invoice XML and see what your present tool produces. |
| Issued means issued | A numbered invoice cannot be edited. Numbering is gap-free, resets on your schedule and never reuses a number — including for voided documents. Corrections are credit notes, which settle the original automatically. |
| The API is included | Same endpoints the panel uses, with webhooks, idempotency keys, cursor pagination and a real sandbox that is a separate organization rather than a flag on live data. No separate developer tier. |
| Moving in is supported | IMAP migration from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho, resumable and non-duplicating, while the old mailbox keeps receiving. The interface tells you to run it a second time after the MX switch, which is the step everyone forgets. |

Fourteen days, no card. Nothing is deleted if you stop — reading, exports, PDFs and your mail keep working, only new documents stop.
