Two meters, added up. The accountant next door pays for five users and no mailboxes; the warehouse pays for ten mailboxes and one user. Neither subsidises the other.
Pay yearly and you pay for 10 months. The trial is 14 days and takes no card.
One person with ana@, a.pop@ and hr@ uses one mailbox, not three. Groups and forwards cost nothing either. Only real mailboxes — the ones with storage and a password — count against your plan.

New documents stop. Reading, exports, PDFs and your mail keep working. We do not hold your books hostage.
